Pixye Policies

For In-Person Reiki Sessions a 48 hours cancellation notice is required. If you are unable to provide a 48 hour notice you will be charged in full.

If you are able to provide a 48 hour notice you will be able to reschedule your appointment 1 time, If you are unable to make the second appointment, you will be charged in full, you will then need to schedule another booking and submit payment for the new appointment.

Refunds are only available to New Client session that cancel more than 48 hours in advance. 

Distant Reiki Session are NON-REFUNDABLE 

3 Session Reiki Packages - All 3 sessions must be completed/booked within 6 months from date of purchase, any used sessions after 6 months will be forfeited.

Tarot Card Reading - NON-REFUNDABLE

Tarot Card Events - $100.00 non-refundable deposit are required to hold the date.

No Show – If you do not show for your appointment for any reason you will be charged in full for the appointment, no discounts will be given for future appointments.

 Late Arrivals – If you arrive late to your session please understand that your session may be shorten in order to accommodate others who appointment follows yours. Depending on your arrival time (typically 15 minutes or more) it will be up to the practitioner to determine if enough time remains to start your session. You are still responsible to pay for your appointment in full.  

Coaching Sessions are Non-Refundable.

A 48 hour notice is needed if you are not able to make a scheduled session, you will then be able to reschedule. If you are unable to make the second session, you will forfeit the session and be charged in full. You will then need to schedule and pay for another session.

If you purchased a the 3 month coaching package, a 48 hour notice is required to reschedule. You can then re-schedule your next session to make sure you receive the full amount of sessions purchased. If you are consistently not able to make your appointments, you will then lose those sessions. I will make every accommodation I can to fit your schedule, please understand that I am holding that time for you.

Payment Plans - 1st payment of $200 is due at time of booking, 2nd payment is due the 2nd month (after 4th session) and final payment is due 3rd month (after 8th session)

For 2nd & Final payments can be made In-Person, Square Payment Link, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or Over the Phone. TBD

Reiki practitioner's do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe medical treatment, prescribe medications or interfere with any licensed medical professional care.  It is recommended that you see a licensed medical physician or professional for any physical or psychological condition you may have. Reiki does not take the place of any medical treatment. 

Reiki helps aid the body in healing itself and may require more than one session to help the body achieve positive results. As with any spiritual healing there is no guaranty of the outcome. Pixye Dust upholds the highest standard of care and all discussion between Practitioner and Patient are confidential.
