Life/Wellness Coaching Sessions

 SINGLE Sessions are 1 hour 30 minutes - $85 (In-Person or Over the Phone, Zoom) Depending on your specific circumstances, work may include:  

• Identify Areas you wish to improve
• Set Goals you wish to accomplish
• Create an action Plan to achieve those goals
• Mindfulness Practices
• Guided Meditation
• Energy Healing - Reiki
• Oracle Cards for Positive Reinforcement

 You may book a single coaching session or book a coaching package. I currently am offering a 3 month coaching package, of 4 (1 hour 30 minutes) Sessions per month (1 session per week) for a total of 12 sessions for a total of $777.00

Sessions can be scheduled at your connivance but recommend that you hold them weekly. It is recommend to have an in-person session but understand that time and distance can be limiting. Sessions can also be held over the phone or Zoom, together we can personalize your sessions times to best meet your needs. When you complete your purchase of a Coaching package, you will then be able to schedule your first session, each session after will be schedule in-person.

Payments are as Scheduled:

1st Payment of $259 due at time of booking

2nd payment of $259 due 2nd month after the 4th session

3rd payment of $259 due 3rd month after the 8th session

Payments plans can be made In-person, Over the phone, E-Mailed Square Link, Venmo, Zelle or Cash App, let me know what method you prefer....

As a Holistic Wellness Coach I use awareness and mindfulness techniques as a guide to help you understand how the human body and mind function in order to help make the positive changes in behavior and thinking. Through my coaching I can help you gain the clarity and motivation to help you reach your goals whatever those goals maybe be, I can help!! I am here to help educate and allow you to make your own decisions without judgement. Please remember there are NO "quick fixes", Healing and changes can take time. I will be there for you ever step of the way!
